Bonnie Chan is Chief Financial Officer at Foster Dairy Farms, dba Crystal Creamery, a vertically integrated company that operates dairy farms and processing facilities. While majority of products are packaged milk, the company enjoys having full manufacturing capabilities of ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, and powder. Bonnie spent her early career years at Dean Foods and Sara Lee, subsequently at Glanbia and Borden Dairy where she held vice president roles. She has also worked for private equity and international trade business.
Bonnie earned a bachelor’s degree of business administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a master’s degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She is a licensed CPA in Texas. Outside work, Bonnie serves on the Business Advisory Board of California State University, Stanislaus. She is also a Board Member Emeritus at Between Friends Chicago where her contribution was recognized by the State’s Attorney for domestic violence prevention and education.
