We look forward to seeing you at our Fall Meetings of the IDFA Executive Council & Industry Segment Boards scheduled for October 6-8, 2025 at the Intercontinental Washington D.C. – the Wharf in Washington, DC.
These upcoming meetings will be an opportunity for members to review the progress against the strategic priorities, success metrics, and key activities for our association and industry segment boards.
We appreciate your input, engagement, and participation at these meetings. Your feedback and participation are essential to ensure that the association leadership is aligned on our mission to make a difference for dairy.
Hotel

Intercontinental Washington D.C. – The Wharf
You may make your hotel reservations online or directly with the hotel by calling 888-211-9874. When calling, refer to the IDFA Fall Board Meeting to receive the group room rate of $419 per night plus a daily amenity fee of $30 and applicable taxes. The deadline to secure a room is September 12, 2025.
Hotel reservations can be canceled up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival without fees. If complete cancelation on an individual reservation takes place within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled arrival a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night room and tax will be charged by the hotel.

We are pleased to hold a service event for IDFA Board Members on Monday, October 6 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. The IDFA Foundation has partnered with DC Central Kitchen, nonprofit and social enterprise that combats hunger and poverty through job training and job creation throughout the District of Columbia. Volunteers will do a food prep shift alongside DC Central Kitchen front-line staff and Culinary Job Training students to cut, chop, peel and prep fresh produce as we prepare balanced meals for the Washington, D.C. community. We hope all IDFA board members who are available will participate in this important service event showing the generous spirit of U.S. dairy and our industry leaders. If you are interested in joining us for the service event, please confirm your attendance when you complete your registration. Volunteers should gather in the hotel lobby by 8:30 a.m. so we can depart promptly at 8:40 a.m. IDFA will provide transportation. |
