Workplace of the Year

IDFA and its members are committed to fully supporting our most important asset--our people! That is why IDFA and its members are helping employees get the most out of their work experience, cultivating the next generation of leaders, and empowering and supporting diversity across the dairy industry. The IDFA Workplace of the Year award, co-sponsored by IDFA and Dairy Processing magazine, is given each year to an outstanding IDFA member company that has created policies to promote a positive workplace experience for employees. Award recipients will demonstrate efforts to support women and minorities, create cultures of inclusiveness and respect, support professional development, established paid parental leave and flexible work hours, and gender pay equality, among other criteria.

Schreiber Foods earned the 2024 award and was honored at Dairy Forum 2024. The nomination period for the 2025 award will be announced in late summer 2024.
