Research America - June 2017
In 2017, Research America conducted the latest IDFA National Ice Cream Survey of ice cream processors and retailers (scoop shops) to provide a national read on flavors and industry trends. Research American contacted IDFA members and the National Ice Cream Retailers Association via email to participate in the web survey. Surveys were completed in June 2017. While IDFA has released some of this data previously, the full results analysis is now available.
