This Thursday, March 8, will be "What's on My Plate?" Day, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture is encouraging Americans to share photographs of their healthy food choices.  Since low-fat and fat-free dairy is encouraged by the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the MyPlate graphic, you can share the healthy meals you eat that include dairy products.  This is a great chance to highlight products that may be less often thought of as healthy options, including low-fat ice cream or lower fat cheeses. To share your plate, post it on Twitter with the #myplateyourplate hashtag, or add it to USDA's Flickr photo group.  And keep an eye out for MyPlate on Thursday! Read more about USDA's plans here.
