recent release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture might help.
The new messages are part of USDA’s initiative to educate Americans about choosing foods and beverages, including low-fat and fat-free dairy products, that are in line with the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate. These particular statements are focused on moms, with information about their own health and the health of their kids.
