Members of Congress and their staffs pour out of the Capitol Building and surrounding offices every year for the “coolest” party on the Hill. In 2025, IDFA members donated products that served more than 3,900 cups of ice cream, 1,100 root beer floats, 350 slices of ice cream cake, 660 ice cream sandwiches, and 180 additional ice cream novelties for the event.
Don't forget that July is National Ice Cream Month and Sunday, July 19, 2026, is National Ice Cream Day.
