Attendees from more than 2,000 companies came to the inaugural ProFood Tech in 2017, the only processing event in North America that represents every segment of the food and beverage industry. Is your company on the list for 2019? The new year will bring several fresh features to the show floor, which will showcase 450 exhibitors, provide world-class learning opportunities and offer abundant networking for processing professionals who want to expand their knowledge and supplier options. Registration for the event, March 26-28 in Chicago, is now open, and IDFA encourages all dairy professionals to make plans to attend.

ProFood Tech is the prime opportunity for companies with New Year’s resolutions to find new supplier contacts, innovative ideas and inventive business solutions in 2019. It is the gathering place for more than 10 unique food and beverage sectors and is powered by PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies; Koelnmesse, organizer of the Anuga shows; and IDFA.

New this year to ProFood Tech is IDFA’s complimentary Knowledge Hub program. The educational line-up will address pressing business challenges with fresh ideas and strategies from respected leaders in the food and beverage industry, discussions on best practices and deep dives into consumer trends that are changing the food and beverage landscape.

This programming will feature learning experiences from industry thought leaders in three separate venues on the show floor:

  • The Impact Zone will encourage interactive discussions and offer opportunities to learn from the experiences and successes of industry colleagues.
  • The Innovation Zone will feature breakthrough technologies, ideas and formulations designed to spark creativity, help find solutions and uncover fresh opportunities.
  • The Disruption Zone will deliver a line-up of sessions for professionals to learn more about implementing disruptive technologies to meet consumer demands.

More details about the Knowledge Hub topics and speakers will be available soon at www.profoodtech.com.

New show offerings also include the Cold Pressure Council Annual Conference, March 26-27, convened by PMMI and dedicated to the high-pressure processing industry.

PMMI’s Emerging Leaders Network and the Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network will also provide expanded opportunities to convene during ProFood Tech 2019.

Attendee registration is open online. Learn more at ProFoodTech.com.
