This three-day course will be held April 29-May 1, in Springfield, Mo.
Dairy Plant Food Safety Workshop
For a unique learning experience focused specifically on food safety, IDFA’s Dairy Plant Food Safety Workshop will help dairy processing facilities improve pathogen control practices, including PEM, sanitation and sanitary design. Co-sponsored by IDFA and the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, the workshop will provide practical information about procedures and skills used to control pathogens in dairy plants.
The workshop will take place April 29-30, in Kansas City, Mo.
Milk and Cultured Dairy Conference
This dynamic and information-rich conference will focus entirely on milk, flavored milk, milk products and cultured dairy products. It will feature the most recent developments in ingredients, processing technology and packaging, and the annual Innovative Product Contest.
