The 36^th National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) held last May reviewed 98 proposals for changes to the Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) and related NCIMS documents.

Last week, the Food and Drug Administration issued Memorandum IMS-a-51 with the final adopted changes, which were approved during the NCIMS Executive Board meeting in October.

The changes will be incorporated into the 2017 PMO and related NCIMS documents, which will be published next year. IDFA will share these documents with members as soon as they become available.
