IDFA Workshop to Feature Milk Pricing Fundamentals

Nov 06, 2017

IDFA’s annual Milk Procurement Workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the milk pricing fundamentals that every procurement professional needs in today’s marketplace.

The workshop is designed to provide dairy employees with a solid understanding of how farm milk is priced both inside and outside the Federal Milk Marketing Order system.

Registration for the Milk Procurement Workshop, Dec. 12-13 in Charlotte, North Carolina, is now open.

In addition to sessions on federal orders, the workshop will provide dairy industry updates, explain dairy policies and cover the basics for managing risk.

The workshop is designed for newcomers to the industry, as well as dairy professionals who want a refresher course.

IDFA encourages all segments of the dairy industry to attend.

For more information, contact Melissa Lembke, IDFA manager of meetings and educational services, at mlembke@idfa.org.
