The Food and Drug Administration recently issued revised draft guidance regarding the control of Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods, which covers many dairy products. To facilitate a deeper understanding of this new FDA guidance for dairy companies, IDFA will provide a webinar-based discussion with colleagues in the industry. The webinar, “Seek and Destroy: FDA’s New Thinking on Listeria Control and Impact on Dairy,” will be held March 2, 1:00-2:30 p.m. Eastern time.

John Allan, IDFA vice president for regulatory affairs and international standards, will lead the discussion, along with Joe Levitt, partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP and former director of FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. Levitt will share insights into the implications for dairy.

This webinar is for members only. Members may read more and register here.
