Dairy industry suppliers, have you submitted your application for ProFood Tech?

Tuesday, November 3, is the deadline for submitting space applications and deposits to gain a spot in the queue for initial booth space selection. As of today, ProFood Tech has more than 110 applications for exhibit space; 42 of those applications were submitted for the new Dairy Pavilion, which will replace the International Dairy Show.

Here are some of the big names that have already committed to support the new show with impressive booths:

  • Delkor Systems, Inc.
  • Ecolab Inc.
  • Food Safety Group
  • Huhtamaki, Inc.
  • Mettler-Toledo Safeline
  • Serac inc.
  • Tetra Pak Inc.
  • Urschel Laboratories Incorporated

ProFood Tech is a collaboration of three trade show powerhouses: PMMI, producer of PACK EXPO; Koelnmesse, known for Anuga; and IDFA. The show will debut April 4–6, 2017, at McCormick Place, in Chicago, and will continue biennially, in odd numbered years.

“ProFood Tech will be an unparalleled exhibiting opportunity, as it is the only event of its scope in North America, includes buyers from every food and beverage sector, and offers 150,000 nsf [net square footage] for exhibiting companies of all sizes,” said Chuck Yuska, president and CEO of PMMI, in the October issue of Packaging World.

”ProFood Tech is off to great start,” said Neil Moran, IDFA senior vice president, finance, administration and trade show, “and we’re pleased that the Dairy Pavilion will provide premier exhibit space for our members and other suppliers serving the dairy industry. With an expansive show floor and enhanced educational programming led by IDFA, ProFood Tech will attract high-level buyers from every food and beverage sector.”

Booth selection will take place in mid-November, following the November 3 application deadline. Each company will be notified of a date and time for selecting their booth space. To apply, complete an Exhibit Space Application.

IDFA and PMMI member discounts will apply. Also companies that exhibit at the inaugural ProFood Tech will receive priority status for space selection for future events.
