A new social media effort launched last week by the California Milk Processor Board is asking users to scour classrooms across America and vote for the one they believe is the “Best in Class.”

Consumers, processors and other milk lovers can nominate a classroom to win a got milk? gift box, complete with the new line of got milk? branded decorations, snacks, products and a gift card to a local grocery store to purchase milk.

Five classrooms nationwide will be chosen for a party. In addition, for every submission the California Milk Processor Board receives, it will donate up to $2,500 to the Great American Milk Drive.

“We are very excited about the #BestinClass program,” said Victor Zaborsky, marketing consultant at the Milk Processors Education Program. “It is exactly the kind of above-and-beyond activation we want the industry to engage in.”

IDFA encourages processors to participate on their social media channels by sharing materials from the got milk? goodies Facebook page, and to use the hashtag #BestinClass to promote the contest before the nomination period ends next Monday, October 19.
