IDFA has finalized the comprehensive education programs for the International Dairy Show, which will take place September 15-18 at McCormick Place in Chicago. This year, the education programs will happen directly on the show floor, covering nearly 6,000 square feet. This new location will allow attendees to learn from experts and hone their skills without ever having to leave the action of the show.

“We’re continually looking to bring attendees improved educational opportunities, and this year is no exception,” said Robin Cornelison, IDFA trade show director. “The wide range of programs includes something for everyone, so bring the team and take home valuable information to your office and operations.”

The sessions will cover a variety of topics, from consumer trends and nutrition to food safety and distribution.  Featured sessions will include:

  • Meeting Consumer Expectations through Branding
  • Sodium Control and Sugar Reduction
  • Healthy Beverage Trends
  • Eating Patterns in America
  • 3A Standards
  • Cracking the Code to Food Choices
  • Designing a Sanitation Program to Optimize Product Quality and Food Safety
  • Shelf-ready Packaging of Pouches
  • Optimizing Light Protection

The co-located shows combined will have more than 300,000 square feet of exhibit space featuring nearly 1,000 industry suppliers and 20,000 food, dairy and beverage attendees.
