The Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest will hold its 94th competition at the International Dairy Show, September 15-18, in Chicago.

From its early origins in 1916, this contest has grown to recognize dairy science students and dairy product judging teams that master the ability to identify high-quality dairy products. The contest will showcase these refined evaluation skills and present the opportunity for representation and connection with many industry participants at the International Dairy Show.

“The Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest is such an honored tradition in the dairy industry, and we are delighted to have this contest return to the International Dairy Show,” said Robin Cornelison, trade show director for IDFA. “Holding the contest with the show offers the blending of the most knowledgeable college students with real industry challenges, making for an excellent learning experience.”
