What’s Needed in 2015? Serious Dialogue on Two Issues, Tipton Says

The U.S. dairy industry is at a pivotal point, said Connie Tipton, IDFA president and CEO, in her guest blog post for Dairy Foods Magazine last month.

“Two issues – Federal Order regulations and outdated or restrictive standards of identity – are creating major impediments to growth and innovation,” she said.

Looking ahead, Tipton called for “a serious dialogue among all U.S. dairy industry participants that will pave the way for a more successful industry of the future.”
