What’s Behind Consumer Fascination with Greek Yogurt?

Cary Frye, IDFA vice president of regulatory and scientific affairs, participated today in a live radio broadcast to discuss “The Greek Yogurt Craze.” She appeared on the Kojo Nnamdi Show, which airs on WAMU in Washington, D.C., and was joined by Brandon Partridge, founder & CEO of Skyland Foods, and Andrew Novakovic, professor of Agricultural Economics at Cornell University.

They discussed the growing popularity of Greek yogurt, how it’s made and the impact it’s having on farmers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
