USTR Requests Comments on Trade Barriers

Sep 18, 2013

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has requested comments on foreign trade barriers affecting U.S. exporters. There are two separate opportunities for U.S. dairy exporters to submit comments.

The first is for small and medium-sized enterprises that face barriers in the European Union. These comments are due October 15, 2013.

The second is for the annual National Trade Estimate Report. The scope of this report spans across all countries and markets identifying foreign barriers to American exports of goods and services, foreign direct investment and protection of intellectual property rights. The comments are due October 22, 2013.
