Review Finds Dairy Consumption Likely Benefits Blood Pressure

Jun 12, 2013

The latest issue of “Dairy Research Insights” discusses a review of publications that found most published literature indicates a strong likelihood that dairy consumption may help adults maintain a healthy blood pressure. The newsletter also highlights a six-month trial that found higher-protein diets may help dieters maintain their weight after weight loss.

Each monthly issue features highlights of the latest nutrition, product and sustainability research interpreted by the Dairy Research Institute's team of scientists.
