Sour Cream Consumers Say Fat Content Is Most Important Attribute

Investigators at the Southeast Dairy Foods Research Center, North Carolina State University, used online market research tools to predict the amount consumers were willing to pay for certain features of sour cream. The most important criteria driving purchasing decisions was fat content, followed by price, then brand name.
