Do you know the latest news on regulatory enforcement, litigation and consumer class action lawsuits involving food labeling? You will when you participate in IDFA's webinar series on Dairy Product Labeling, October 23, 24 and 25. Elizabeth Fawell, from IDFA's outside counsel Hogan Lovells US LLP, will join the webinar on October 25 to discuss current regulatory enforcement and provide an update on consumer class action litigation involving food marketing and advertising, including cases relevant to dairy products.

Fawell practices in food and agriculture law with specific focus on the regulation of foods, dietary supplements and consumer products, as well as advertising and promotion issues. Fawell represents clients regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and other health and safety regulatory agencies at the federal and state levels.

The first two days of the webinar will cover an introduction to dairy product labeling and the basics of nutrition labeling and claims. The third day, featuring Fawell's presentation, will focus on hot topics affecting labeling.

Registration is available for all three days or for October 25 only. Register online to participate all three days. For one-day registration, contact Patrick Crosson, IDFA's meeting assistant and registrar, at pcrosson@idfa.org or (202) 220-3524.
