The holiday season is a great time to reinforce the work that IDFA has been doing with the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation and its Together Counts program to encourage families to share meals and exercise together all year long, including during the holidays.

In her recent blog post, Michelle Matto, IDFA's nutrition and labeling consultant, outlines several healthy suggestions to share with employees and their families, as well as with customers. They are a good reminder to all to make time for physical activity and family meals during the holiday season.
