Does Your HACCP Plan Meet Current Guidelines?

Oct 12, 2011

The best way to find out is by attending IDFA's Dairy Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Course for dairy and juice products, December 7-8, in Rosemont, Ill.

Industry and safety experts will demonstrate how to develop and maintain HACCP food safety programs and explain how the Food Safety Modernization Act may affect plant operations. The course is designed to meet the training requirements for Grade "A" dairy plants and the Food and Drug Administration's Juice HACCP regulation.
