In a column appearing in last Friday's issue of Cheese Market News, IDFA President and CEO Connie Tipton outlined IDFA's dairy policy recommendations and reviewed the process leading up to their approval by all board members.

"As IDFA's board members have concluded, it's time to strip away programs of the past that have encumbered our industry and stifled innovation," Tipton said. "We strongly believe that our proposals will take us down the right path for the future."
