Join Nutrition Conversation Hosted on IDFA's New Blog

Nov 05, 2010

With all the attention focused on nutrition this year, IDFA decided to join the online conversations by launching its blog, "Nutrition Notes." The author is Michelle Albee Matto, MPH, RD, a dedicated consultant to IDFA on nutrition and labeling.

In her inaugural post, Matto identified dozens of ways for dairy to shine in the current conversation about childhood obesity and the First Lady's "Let's Move" initiative. Soon she'll be blogging about the American Dietetic Association's Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, which she'll attend next week in Boston.

Join the conversation, share your ideas and celebrate the nutritional goodness of dairy along with IDFA. To start things off, post a comment about what you think is the biggest nutritional challenge facing the dairy foods industry.
