The British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety - North American Version is a global third-party food safety and quality certification program. To help members prepare for certification, IDFA developed the BRC Implementation Workshop for Food Plants, which will be held October 26-28, in Rosemont, Ill.
The workshop is designed for plant and production managers, quality assurance managers, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) teams and consultants. Through lectures, case studies and assigned work, attendees will receive practical tools to develop food-safety and quality programs that qualify for certification by the BRC.
