The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) invites IDFA members to attend its annual conference, "Exports Live," at the discounted rate of $150. The conference will be held March 11-12 at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, D.C. Interested members may contact Katie Sparrow, IDFA manager of international affairs, at ksparrow@idfa.org on or before March 1 to register at the special rate.

This year's conference theme is "Powering Jobs, Sales and Profits through Exports." Jeffrey Immelt, chairman and CEO of GE, and James Owens, chairman and CEO of Caterpillar Inc., will open the event, and Angel Gurria, secretary general of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, will deliver the keynote address. The full agenda is available here.

More than 1,000 trade finance lenders, export credit insurance brokers, international buyers of U.S. goods and services, and U.S. exporters are expected to attend. The registration fee includes lunch and the reception on March 11. 

Ex-Im Bank is the official export credit agency of the United States. It helps to finance the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets.
