IDFA Chairman Paul Kruse, CEO and president of Blue Bell Creameries, urged the U.S. House Agriculture Subcommittee on Dairy, Livestock and Poultry to consider policies that will strengthen the long-term viability of the dairy industry by increasing demand for U.S. dairy products. In his testimony, Kruse said providing greater access to risk management tools, expanding international markets and encouraging innovation in dairy products would help bring stability and growth to the industry.
