Temple Grandin to Speak at Worldwide Food Expo

Temple Grandin, Ph.D., an associate professor of animal science at Colorado State University and a leading animal welfare expert, will be the featured super session speaker on Thursday, October 29, during Worldwide Food Expo. Grandin, who consults with the dairy and meat industries about facility design, livestock behavior and animal welfare, will discuss how her life with autism has helped her to understand animal behavior. Worldwide Food Expo, which will be held October 28-31 in Chicago, will feature additional super sessions on sustainability and market trends. Attendee registration is scheduled to open this month.
