New Dairy Facts Edition Now Available from IDFA

Mar 01, 2017

For the 23rd consecutive year, total U.S. production of natural cheese set a record high in 2015. Also, total U.S. per capita consumption of ice cream and frozen dairy desserts in 2015 was 2.8 percent higher than in the previous year.

These positive highlights showcase two of the many trends in consumer preferences, farm production, product manufacturing and government regulations that are covered in the Dairy Facts 2016 edition.

Produced by IDFA, the book includes data gathered from government and private market research sources on fluid milk, cultured dairy products, cheese and ice cream and frozen desserts. Member discounts are available.
