Last Call: FSPCA Course to Prep Food Safety Pros for Fall Deadline

Jun 08, 2016

The Food Safety Modernization Act requires dairy plants to have at least one employee who is considered a “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual.”

That’s why IDFA partnered with Mérieux NutriSciences to present the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) curriculum, which can guarantee that your plant is in line with the requirement.

Register now for the “FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course,” scheduled for June 14-16, in Nashville, Tenn.

The deadline to register is June 9.
