Dairy Consumption May Aid Cognitive Function in Adults

Feb 27, 2013

The latest issue of Dairy Research Insights includes results of a recent study indicating an association between improved scores on cognitive tests and higher intakes of total dairy or cheese in both younger and older adults.

The newsletter highlights another study that shows a positive association between milk consumption during childhood and better physical performance in old age.

These findings and others are selected each month by members of the Dairy Research Institute's team of scientists. Read the February issue here.
