Demand for Dairy Forum Exceeds Room Block; Second Hotel Added

Dec 12, 2012

Here's one more indication that IDFA's Dairy Forum 2013, January 27-30, is going to be a blockbuster event: the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes is sold out! IDFA has added a second block of rooms at the Springhill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, which is 2.8 miles away.

The Springhill Suites special room rate for Dairy Forum attendees is $139 per night. It includes complimentary guest room Internet, breakfast, self-parking and transportation to and from the JW Orlando Grande Lakes.

Make hotel reservations here or call the hotel directly at (888) 287-9400 and refer to the International Dairy Foods Association block. Rooms will be available at the special Dairy Forum rate until January 11 or when the room block is filled, whichever comes first. Only registered Dairy Forum attendees will receive the special group rate.

For more information about Springhill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, visit the hotel website.

For more details, contact Maria Velasco, IDFA meetings assistant, at mvelasco@idfa.org.
