The IDFA Milk Procurement Workshop, scheduled for March 28-29 in Rosemont, Ill., is taught by IDFA Chief Economist Bob Yonkers, Ph.D.
He'll provide an overview of dairy industry basics, including milk components, marketing, production, distribution and consumption. He'll also discuss how milk and other dairy products are priced.
