Process for Updating Nutritional Standards for Milk Sold at Schools

Dec 16, 2011

Revised 1/11/12

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has federal oversight responsibility for the National School Breakfast Program, which feeds 10 million children each day, and the National School Lunch Program, which feeds more than 30 million students a day.
