Political, Economic and Regulatory Experts to Speak at Dairy Forum

Dec 31, 2009

Join us in Phoenix January 17-20 for IDFA's Dairy Forum, where experts will offer top-level updates on key activities that are sure to affect the dairy industry in the year ahead. Ron Brownstein, political director for Atlantic Media Company (pictured), will kick off Dairy Forum on Sunday with an analysis of the Obama administration, the 111th Congress and today's major policy initiatives.

On Tuesday, Martin Regalia, Ph.D. and chief economist of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will explain what the current economic indicators mean for dairy. On Wednesday, Stephen Sundlof, Ph.D. and director of the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, will join us for coffee and an informal question-and-answer session, where he'll discuss proposed food safety legislation.

A complete Dairy Forum agenda and registration information are available here.
