3-A Sanitary Standards Inc. Updates List of Symbol Holders

3-A Sanitary Standards Inc.(3-A SSI) has announced a new list of food and beverage equipment manufacturers that meet the organization's sanitary standards and are authorized to display the 3-A symbol. "Due to industry consolidation, product withdrawals and other reasons, many products no longer maintain the 3-A Symbol authorization, and the new information helps interested parties understand why some licenses have been discontinued," said 3-A SSI Chairman Greg Marconnet, who also works for Kraft Foods. IDFA is one of the five founding members of the 3-A program and represents dairy equipment users through its 3-A User Task Force. To read the 3-A SSI press release, click here.
