IDFA this week welcomed Victoria Encarnacion as coordinator of membership and programs. In her new position, Encarnacion will support IDFA’s membership and program activities, member service programs and information systems, as well as coordinate and help execute the organization’s conferences and educational offerings.

The addition of her position represents the most recent step in IDFA’s efforts to enhance member benefits and provide more resources.

“We’re thrilled to add Victoria to the team,” said Tom Wojno, IDFA senior vice president of innovation and member advancement. “As we continue to expand our membership and programming offerings, Victoria will serve as a key resource to our members.”

Encarnacion comes to IDFA from the Parenteral Drug Association, where she served as coordinator for programs, logistics and registrations for the last three years. She graduated magna cum laude from Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and culture.

Encarnacion will work closely with Wojno, who lead’s IDFA membership and programming team, along with Cindy Cavallo, IDFA director of membership, and Melissa Lembke, IDFA director of programs and partnerships.
