“Dairy Forum was launched in 1985 to provide an opportunity for leaders in all segments of the dairy industry to come together and discuss important issues affecting the health and growth of the industry,” explains Connie Tipton, IDFA president and CEO, in this month’s Cheese Market News column.

Forum has played an important role over the years, she said, even bringing up “the elephant in the room” when the issues are controversial, and the significance of what has taken place isn’t lost on industry leaders who continue to attend the event in record-setting numbers. Tipton also offers highlights of the 2016 program.
