This month is a beautiful time to be in Chicago, as the summer heat declines and a touch of fall is in the air.

Join us at the International Dairy Show, September 15-18, at McCormick Place to see the latest innovations and get new business ideas. Plus plan to enjoy Chicago after the exhibits and sessions are over.

Indulge in cheesy goodness at one of Chicago’s famous deep-dish pizzerias, or in a decadent ice cream sundae at the nation’s largest Ghirardelli store. You can dine in some of America’s best steakhouses all within the Chicago loop.

Chicago’s classic Navy Pier offers beautiful nighttime views of the city lights from the Navy Pier Ferris wheel. It is modeled after the very first Ferris wheel built for Chicago’s 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition, and is a must-visit for those new to the city.

Planning an extra day after the show could even mean taking time to stroll in lush Millennium Park, home to the famous Cloud Gate or “Bean” sculpture, or a visit to the world famous Chicago Art institute and its architecturally stunning Modern Wing.

Dairy Show attendees can learn more and plan their trip with several travel resources available on the Dairy Show website.
