Have you ever been to a premier partner session at Dairy Forum? If not, you may have missed an in-depth analysis of global dairy markets by one of the leading financial services providers in agriculture, or the latest consumer research on the demand for biodegradable packaging, or a close-up look at the challenges to feeding a hungry world.

Dairy Forum’s premier conference partner sessions are well attended and offer an opportunity for attendees to learn more about specific issues from business partners that are conducting cutting-edge research, analysis and product development.

Two premier partner sessions will be held Monday, January 26, and the third will be held Tuesday, January 27.

  • “Partnering Across the Dairy Industry to Better Understand Consumers,” Jennifer Daum, vice president, Maslansky+Partners, January 26, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sponsored by Elanco.
  • “Darkness Before Dawn: Current Dynamics and Outlook for the Global Dairy Industry,” Tim Hunt, managing director, global strategist – Dairy, Rabobank, January 26, 2:30 – 3:20 p.m.
  • "Products that Work: Key Trends and Changes in the Dairy Industry,” Todd Shilk, marketing, Tetra Pak USA and Canada, January 27, 2:00-2:50 p.m.

Individual Meetings Available

“Last year, these sessions were so popular there was not enough time available to accommodate all the questions from participants,” said Elizabeth Cookson, IDFA senior director for meetings and educational services. “There were a number of attendees interested in talking one-on-one with the session presenters.”

This year, IDFA will extend the opportunity to learn more from these industry experts by scheduling meetings where attendees can meet individually or as a company team with representatives from Elanco and Rabobank. The meetings will take place during the regular conference hours of Dairy Forum, January 25-28.

“This is an opportunity for dairy company executives and their suppliers to get to know each other better and provide an environment conducive to proprietary conversations,” said Cookson.
