The World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report released March 10 by the U.S. Department of Agriculture reflects a decrease in projected U.S. sugar supply for fiscal year 2013-2014 by 7,000 short tons, raw value (STRV), from last month.

The projected stock/use ratio of 13.6 percent is the lowest since 2009-2010.
