IDFA’s Milk and Cultured Dairy Conference will feature an information-rich program packed with up-to-the minute news on issues related to milk and cultured products. Two sessions will feature the latest in fluid milk research, offering exciting new marketing opportunities.
After extensive research into increasing fluid milk sales, the Milk Processor Education Program has begun implementing its two newest campaigns: Breakfast at Home and Refuel. Both programs provide processors with important insights that can help guide product development, inform marketing and drive sales. MilkPEP CEO Vivien Godfrey will discuss the research and messaging behind breakfast at home, with milk as the centerpiece, and the power of chocolate milk as a recovery beverage.
Recent research also shows that, by 2020, consumer demands for food and beverages will be become more complex, health focused and ethnically oriented. In the second session, Madlyn Daley, Sr., vice president for strategy, insight and planning with the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, will show processors how to leverage billions of dollars’ worth of opportunities to compete in this new and demanding marketplace.
