The 2013 Dairy Forum, January 27-30, will examine the trends and issues that will be necessary to unlock dairy's potential for continued industry innovation and growth. Dairy Forum’s dynamic general sessions will offer insights into the challenges and opportunities presented by dairy’s increasing globalization, feature discussions with industry leaders about what it takes to stay competitive and examine the potential impact of the 2012 general election on U.S. dairy policy.

Several exciting concurrent sessions will key in on regional shifts in farm milk production, the status of trade negotiations, growing international markets and ways to protect the dairy supply chain. Other sessions will look at marketing trends, including growing consumer demand for nutritious products, and the use of sugar and other sweeteners in dairy products.

Dairy Forum 2013 will be held January 27-30, 2013 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla.
