One week after Dairy Forum 2012 concludes, the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy will host a webinar highlighting the nutrition landscape of cheese.

The webinar will discuss cheese and the sodium challenge and outline a variety of educational outreach efforts, including social media, to correct myths and misperceptions about cheese.

The webinar, sponsored by the center's Cheese and Sodium Best Practices Task Force, will be held January 25, 2:30-4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Registration details are available here.
