IDFA's Ice Cream Technology Conference, March 10-11, in St. Petersburg, Fla., will feature the annual Innovative Ice Cream Flavor Competition. Attendees will select three winners:

  • favorite new flavor of ice cream
  • most innovative prototype flavor not yet on the market
  • most innovative novelty on the market
