The British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety - North American Version is a global third-party food safety and quality certification program. To help members prepare for certification, IDFA developed the BRC Implementation Workshop for Food Plants, which will be held February 23-25 in Rosemont, Ill. The workshop is designed for plant and production managers, quality assurance managers, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) teams and consultants.
