The first session, July 10, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. Eastern time, will offer an introduction to dairy product labeling, covering nutrient pitfalls, calculating serving sizes and trans fat declarations. It will also review requirements for the statement of identity, ingredient declarations, allergens labeling, and labeling terms and symbols, such as Grade A, the Real Seal and kosher.
