Group Discount
IDFA will grant registration discount for groups of three or more people from the same company. Please download the registration form by clicking here and return the completed form to registrar@idfa.org to receive this discount.

Cancellation Policy


Full refunds will be granted for written cancellation received up to three weeks before the meeting. Cancellations received after May 14, 2018 will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after May 29, 2018. All cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions may be made without penalty. IDFA reserves the right to cancel all unpaid registrations.

1. What is Regulatory RoundUp?
Regulatory RoundUp is 2-days of information-packed, interactive sessions between dairy industry professionals and key government regulators. Each session is designed to educate participants about the regulatory process, pending regulations and upcoming regulatory issues. They will also provide a forum for regulators to hear your comments and concerns.

2. Why should I attend Regulatory RoundUp?
Because new and pending dairy regulations have such a broad and deep impact on our industry, IDFA feels strongly that our members need to stay a step ahead of upcoming regulatory issues. IDFA’s Regulatory RoundUP Conference is your best opportunity to learn the status of new regulations, a place to hear what kinds of regulatory issues are on the horizon and a time to communicate directly with the regulatory leaders who actually guide the formation of the new rules.

3. Who attends Regulatory RoundUp?
IDFA’s Regulatory RoundUP is geared toward dairy company and plant professionals who are responsible for understanding and complying with dairy regulations and the suppliers who work with dairy plants to meet and exceed federal, state and local standards for dairy food manufacturing.

4. Which hotel has been reserved? 
Regulatory RoundUp will be held at The Darcy Hotel in Washington DC
. Make reservations online or directly with the hotel by calling 1-844-442-8746. When calling, refer to Group Code: IDFA to receive the special room rate of $269 a night plus applicable taxes. The deadline to secure a room is May 18, 2018. We have reserved a large block of rooms, but once all the rooms have been booked, we cannot guarantee that additional space will be available.

5. How do I register for Regulatory RoundUp?
The fastest and easiest way to register is online. You may also email your

6. What is the registration fee?
The Regulatory RoundUp registration fee is based on membership. If you have any questions about membership, please email membership@idfa.org.

Early registration discounts are available for registrations received on or before April 5th. IDFA will also grant a registration discount for groups of three or more individual registrations from the same company. Please download the registration form by clicking here and return the completed form to registrar@idfa.org to receive the group discount. All other reigstrations may be completed online.

7. What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes one continental breakfast, lunch both days, refreshment breaks and a networking reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. You will also receive conference materials and presentations from each of the sessions.

8. Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation for your registration via email. 

9. What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?

is $350.

11. What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is highly recommended. Average temperatures in Washington DC in June 
are 84°F high, 62°F low.
